Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Dongguan Junhao Clothing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. ("Junhao Apparel"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Services

Junhao Apparel provides OEM/ODM manufacturing services for sportswear, activewear, and team uniforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payment

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 100 pieces per design. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms shall be agreed upon contract signing and must be fulfilled before shipment.

Sample production takes 3 days, with modifications included. Full production begins only after sample approval.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all intellectual property rights to their designs, logos, and brand materials provided to Junhao Apparel. We respect client confidentiality and will not use client designs for any other purpose.

Junhao Apparel retains intellectual property rights to our manufacturing processes, techniques, and proprietary designs unless explicitly licensed to clients.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Global delivery is completed within 10 days from production completion. Junhao Apparel handles all customs clearance procedures. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by destination and will be specified in each order.

6. Quality and Inspections

All products undergo rigorous quality control inspections. We maintain ISO 9001 certification and comply with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 requirements. Clients may arrange third-party inspections at their expense.

7. Limitation of Liability

Junhao Apparel's liability is limited to the value of the defective products. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in Dongguan, China.
